To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Halloween Night 唔係去Party 只係要返去聽talk 順便同fd聚一聚記得曾經見過紅燒翅淋上肉類上成為一道菜式估唔到黎到又可以試到金菇瑤柱燒班腩配油菜 $38 其實本來菜名中並沒提及紅燒翅金菇瑤柱勾芡似紅燒翅芡汁帶鹹稠身金菇瑤柱短短細細條令芡汁口感與視覺都更豐富班腩皮硬硬地而且脆身咬下去「僕落僕落」的感覺加上鑊氣十足紅燒感覺強烈沾上芡汁鹹得出色帶些許熱氣既罪惡感麻辣水晶粉煮肥牛 $33麻辣跟肥牛為金兜常見配合菜式都見慣不怪但又被「水晶粉」一字吸引了... 水晶粉其實即係粉絲連汁食麻口感停留耐要食幾啖飯先可以消退麻味肥牛脂肪多今躺唔算鞋除左麻味都唔知講咩七味滑蛋炒牛肉 $38同上次一樣炒完蛋後先再灑上七味粉主要鹹鹹的有d似淮鹽不過今次比多d滑蛋嫩滑有蛋油七味粉增味顯注睇幅相可能會問說好的牛肉呢?其實埋伏哂係蛋中到我吃過上面的蛋後來個殺個不及使得其後吃的大多是牛不過牛肉都十分鬆腍肉質順滑再沾上少少七味粉與蛋油更凸出牛肉味萬聖夜就這樣悄悄的在我們沒想到給糖的搗蛋聲中溜走
