金鐘米芝蓮法國菜一直很喜歡這裏,法國菜正宗好吃,裝修瑰麗堂皇,非常值得一試。我們今次點了午餐4 course (2 starter, 1 main, 1 dessert)包括King crab with cucumber, yogurt 蟹肉很多。配上青瓜和乳酪,味道非常清新。French white asparagus with smoke eel tart白蘆筍撻配上血橙汁,味道清新特別。Purple artichoke ravioli 朝鮮薊(artichoke)是法國菜常用的珍貴食材,是一種營養豐富的菜。味道清甜,造成意式餃子,配芝士一起吃味道也不會過濃。French veal cheek 牛面肉燉得很軟腍,配合vin jaune 法國黃酒汁。配菜morel 小蘑菇很特別,菇味濃郁。Atlantic monkfish 慢煮鮟鱇魚魚肉嫩滑鮮甜。甜品的Baby banana 和Chamomile with almond and ice cream 也很好。
