假期嘅三點鍾依然要排隊嘅呢間餃子店選擇頗多,揀咗兩款煎餃試試佢!平時我好鍾意食大阪燒,但係大阪燒餃子對我嚟講就相當新穎!揀咗粟米口味餡料,啖啖粟米有咬口,餃子表面就好似平時食大阪燒咁鋪滿木魚、紫菜、蛋黃醬同大阪燒醬,個人認為燒醬太搶味,可惜咗啲餃子! 而另款蒜芯豬肉餃就非常有驚喜啦!第一次食蒜芯餃,味道比起蒜頭溫和但又不失蒜味,令到豬肉餡更加香口同有口感,餃子皮薄之餘冰花仲煎得好脆,果然係店主推薦!三一除咗餃子出色,估唔到湯麵都唔錯!鰹魚昆布湯比想像中重味,好快就麵連湯都清哂!而豆漿蝦皮湯飲落就無咁重豆漿味啵,反而係蝦味好出,好似食緊蝦米咁!關冬煮嘅湯又唔同啲啦,更加濃味同甜以便入面嘅魚腐、魚蛋、菇、竹輪同蘿蔔入味,仲有隻流心蛋添!最後佢哋嘅餃子雞翼炸到熱辣辣上枱,去骨雞翼釀入豬肉餡,雞肉同豬肉混合不清個種味道都幾特別!

三一除咗餃子出色,估唔到湯麵都唔錯!鰹魚昆布湯比想像中重味,好快就麵連湯都清哂!而豆漿蝦皮湯飲落就無咁重豆漿味啵,反而係蝦味好出,好似食緊蝦米咁!關冬煮嘅湯又唔同啲啦,更加濃味同甜以便入面嘅魚腐、魚蛋、菇、竹輪同蘿蔔入味,仲有隻流心蛋添!

最後佢哋嘅餃子雞翼炸到熱辣辣上枱,去骨雞翼釀入豬肉餡,雞肉同豬肉混合不清個種味道都幾特別!
