最近先真正了解到釜飯是日本傳統鍋饭,類似我哋香港煲仔饭,首先將白米,高湯和食材放進鍋,猛火加細火慢煮至没有水蒸氣,再用真空原理冚蓋燜煮而成。朋友介紹咗係九龍灣淘大花園有間釜飯專門店,咁一於來試吓啦。今次两個人叫咗汁燒牛肉釜飯,金魂(極,魚腩部分)蒲燒釜飯,髒髒炸香蕉及吉列牛舌。其中一個加18蚊轉為套餐,咁就有埋前菜,麵豉湯及一杯飲品,前菜是腌蘿蔔,卜卜脆,口感佳,份量略為少啲,如果多啲啲就好喇。麵豉湯内有豆腐,海帶,湯味濃郁都幾好飲,其實講真好少會話麵豉湯好飲吖。柚子蜜也不錯,不會太甜。汁燒牛肉釜飯的飯嘅份量唔少,煙煙韌韌之餘亦粒粒分明,牛肉粒份量也比想像中多好多,有牛肉味又不會韌,正重頭戲鰻魚亦没有令我哋失望,大大舊魚腩燒到甘香,更有免費鰻魚汁添加,實在太好喇。吉列牛舌,粉槳不會過多。髒髒炸香蕉第一次試,口感特别,下次再試真啲。
