To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久未有星期日的早上空檔, 難得的機會與家人去飲個早茶, 由於家人及自己均不喜嘈雜, 所以選擇在8時左右入內. 由於香港人不習慣早起, 進內入座率只有約2成左右. 點心的選擇相當少, 比一般富臨或明星之類少得多. 由於較少於周日早上飲茶, 點心的價格不清楚周邊定位如何, 但感覺有點偏貴. 而且沒有任何特價點心. 全日喜愛的點心, 粉果皮做出少許的煙韌, 內裡的西芹, 花生等帶有爽脆的口感. 平常吃差勁的粉果, 最差的皮, 未夾起已破. 或者內裡的材料軟腍無脆感. 算是"交到功課".以上的點心水準OK, 可以接受. 最差的是牛栢葉, 不腍不入味. $443的消費, 以周日來說, 部份酒樓未有特價點心的情況, 價格不算便宜.
