To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

針對客人，態度極差

當日下午大概四點半左右到店內，眼見左右兩旁客人也有外帶Starbucks 飲品和另一些泰國奶茶飲品入店內。而且真係有在店內飲用。但係有一個店員刻意行到我們身邊，跟我女兒說你不可以在店內飲用。其實我倆已經點了合其約$300的餐。往後店員不停行过嚟說了3次不可以在店內飲用。我明白的，但為何沒有對其他客人說呢？其後眼見其他客人把整杯Starbucks 都喝完⋯⋯但偏偏店員又跑過嚟同我女兒講「如果你再飲，會向你收費$150」，於是我們馬上吃完便離開！其實店員只係向我們說，一直沒有跟其他客人作出附加費用的警告‼️以後都不會再去幫襯🤬🤬
