第一次黎火車頭越南餐室,入到去發現佢啲裝修都幾特別,帶有啲懷舊味,如果坐響餐廳較入既位置,設計到好似車卡啲包箱果度,都幾有氣氛。平時食越南野嗌生牛肉河就嗌得多,今次都係第一次響越南餐廳嗌蕃茄牛腩粉,好有驚喜啵。蕃茄牛腩金邊粉一黎到立即試左啖湯先,湯底有少少甜味,仲飲到好濃郁既蕃茄牛湯,就好似屋企呀媽煲既蕃茄湯再濃縮啲既版本,好好飲,好開胃呀,鍾意蕃茄湯既人一定會鍾意。牛腩大概有三四舊,每舊都啖啖肉,而且煮到好冧,唔會好似煲湯肉咁,好滿足。金邊粉份量十足,而且好煙韌。牛油雞翼由於同朋友黎食,所以都嗌左啲小食share下。牛油雞翼好香口,上菜果時熱辣辣,每隻雞翼都幾大隻。馬拉盞炒芥蘭馬拉盞啲咸香幾惹味,啲芥蘭佢都炒得好入味,唔會話好老。
