To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 牛角係我幾鍾意既一間日式燒肉專門店,之前有係其他分店食過燒肉放題,難得旺角有一間專食放題既牛角,當然要試一試有咩分別。有經過幾次都知呢間放題店特別多​​人,特別係晚飯時間,所以一早打電話訂左位,去到即刻就入得。坐底揀好食邊個等級既放題之後,就可以開始揀食物。入面空間都幾大,有一邊係美食自助區,有前菜、沙律、飯、湯品、甜品同飲品自取,另外再可以任叫唔同既肉類同其他食品。前菜既選擇都好多,有前菜四味(芝麻八爪魚、中華沙律、帶子裙邊同味付海蜇)、日式凍豆腐、辛辣雞絲沙律、青木瓜絲沙律、紫洋蔥和風蕃茄。每樣都細細碟可以每樣都試下,日式凍豆腐就唔算好濃味,但豆腐質感嫩滑。紫洋蔥和風蕃茄就味道酸酸甜甜,好醒胃。蔬菜有鮮冬菇、洋蔥、粟米、生菜、泡菜、青椒及紅椒條。友人想食得清新拎左沙律,見到沙律櫃入面仲有可麗餅,再望一望牆上有教學自製牛角卷,非常有趣。自助區既空間都幾大,唯一有排過隊拎既野就係飲品。一部自助飲料機,一般既汽水都有,Coca cola、Coca cola zero、Fanta、Fuze tea、Sprite、橙汁、蘋果汁、芒果汁、梳打水等,不過就冇平時牛角有既特色飲料。食牛角最緊要就係

食牛角最緊要就係要食牛角飯,呢間放題非常特別,可以自製牛角飯。裝適合自己份量既白飯,加入蔥花同紫菜,超鍾意食紫菜可以落紫菜山,再淋上塩醬或者燒肉汁,就完成一碗度身訂造既牛角飯。

側邊仲有熱湯包括牛肉昆布湯同牛肝菌忌廉湯。

海鮮類包括青口、石斑魚柳同多春魚。燒烤上比較需要多花心機既食物,魚柳食落好軟滑,燒既時候都要小心啲,好易整爛。青口好肥美大隻,乾淨冇咩海水味。

係我最鍾意食既牛舌,薄切得黎又爽嫩,一如以往咁好食,簡直係舌尖上的味道。
牛油金菇係懶人至愛,又方便又好食,燒起上黎牛油味香濃,仲可以再跟自己既口味加調味料。

即食既味付魷魚、味付牛舌同炸薯角(4件)。薯角既外皮有少少厚,薯仔質感綿綿配以沙律醬香脆可口。

日本熊本縣豚肉眼超級大塊,豐厚既肉感,咬落好滿足不過略嫌肥肉較多。丹麥雞胸肉就比較上清爽,透徹既雞胸肉烤出溫和既口味。仲有,燒牛肚真係好難我唔識。

食到咁上下就開始食甜品,去左自助區拎甜品同雪糕。

甜品有窩夫、迷你甜蕃薯、銅鑼燒、芒果慕斯餅、迷你宇治抹茶紅豆杯、泡芙、椰果、荔枝同菠蘿,全部都好迷你。一口泡芙好鬆​​軟,配以細膩既奶油,甜度岩岩好。迷你宇治抹茶紅豆杯既抹茶味道唔夠濃郁,不過勝在非常精緻。

見到有兩部雪糕機,兩部都有唔同既口味,當日有雲呢拿雪糕、西瓜雪糕、扭紋雪糕,心大心細唔知揀咩味就試下扭紋雪糕,有齊兩種口味。不過雪糕食落冇咩奶味,比較上似雪糕冰。

雪糕配料區亦有更多DIY既選擇,朱古力醬、士多啤梨醬、迷你朱古力豆、迷你心形棉花糖、七彩熊仔糖等,自製七彩繽紛既雪糕,食埋甜品真係好滿足。

店員提醒差唔多100分鐘既用餐時間,我地就捧住個肚係個牛角尖鑽番出黎。
