想起在這裏吃過的鰻魚,下班來到這裏再嚐鰻魚烏冬。餐廳的設計以日本鐵路為主,一邊的牆身是鐵路的車窗,另一邊也有少量日本的鐵路牌,加上本身如鐵路內的長形空間,讓人恍如置身在鐵路內。店員先端上一杯淡雅的玄米茶,讓我慢慢細看餐牌。上次嚐過鰻魚飯,這次嚐蒲燒鰻魚烏冬($82),有熱烏冬和冷烏冬可選,在冬天當然要選一個熱烏冬。燒鰻魚香甜馥郁,而肥美厚肉的鰻魚更加具煙靭口感。店員毫不吝嗇地在烏冬頂層灑上大量輕柔的鰹魚片和少量紫菜絲,令鰹魚片充份提鮮而又不會喧賓奪主。彈牙烏冬拌着大量鰹魚片入口,再吃一口鰻魚,令人感受到滿滿的鰻魚和鰹魚鮮味。宇治金時($28)也是可選冷熱,上次售罄,這次終可一嚐。抹茶味濃郁,牛奶柔滑,杯底有大量微甜的紅豆,再加上數粒軟糯的綠色、白色的白玉丸子,份量足,以一杯不過三十元的日式飲品,性價比甚高。喝一口抹茶紅豆,吃一口白玉丸子,不論冬夏也沁人心脾。北海道牛乳奶凍($22)上鋪上少量微甜的紅豆,質感幼滑,奶味濃香,入口即溶。而布丁燒($30)依然是我在這裏最喜愛的甜品。金黃色布丁燒的焦糖頂層灑上如雪花般的糖粉,中層的雞蛋布丁和底層的芝士蛋糕,讓人同時吃出脆、滑、軟的口感。店外有
