To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係銅鑼灣誠品行緊，見到有間呢間menu都唔錯，又未曾食過的餐廳，咁就試一試佢個set lunch。葡式香草焗魚 $168平時好少試葡式焗魚，難得見到就點一份試吓。三文魚焗得唔錯，肉都唔會太老，加咗檸檬汁味道更豐富。魚上有幾條煙肉，味道都好食，同魚都夾。墊底有蕃茄同薯仔，薯仔吸哂湯汁，食落好淋，但又唔會一叉就散，都唔錯。Sharing Trio +$88加$88可以揀三款side dishes 或者蛋糕，咁就揀咗兩款side同一款蛋糕。Side Caesar Salad正常發揮，有少少煙肉碎都幾惹味。Sautéed Spinach呢個菠菜一上枱就聞到勁香，未食就知道炒得好正。食落一d草青味都無，有淡淡的蒜味，非常好食。Quintessential Cake - Opera咖啡味好濃郁，蛋糕質地少少結實，感覺好飽滿🥰Apple Vinegar +$16呢款蘋果醋飲落唔太酸，蘋果味濃郁，都幾fresh，加埋奇亞籽好有口感。HABITŪ table (希慎廣場) (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣軒尼詩道500號希慎廣場8樓804號舖*上述文章只供參考及以當時價格為準
