早幾日紀念日同老婆去尖沙咀Season Plus嘆$198生蠔拼盤超好食, 今日老婆話係銅鑼灣訂左枱食飯, 要俾返個驚喜我, 我地係銅鑼灣睇完戲之後佢就帶我去開餐。原來佢book左Season Oyster and Wine Bar呢間Season Plus嘅分店。😍Season Oyster and Wine Bar係中央圖書館附近嘅信德街, 門面同Season Plus好似, 地方唔大不過裝修好有格調, 一幅牆佈滿木酒箱板, 另外有一幅牆則以三葉草裝飾, 木色同綠色嘅配搭感覺好舒服。😙Menu基本上同Season Plus一樣, 都係有$198生蠔拼盤套餐, 不過由於老婆皮膚敏感唔可以食太多海鮮, 所以今晚我地忍忍口冇點一打嘅生蠔拼盤, 散點左四隻較高質嘅生蠔, 另外點左老婆最愛嘅黑毛豬鞍, 鰻魚同其他小食。😋Season Oyster and Wine Bar全部時令生蠔都係空運到港,我地揀左一隻($18),一隻愛爾蘭 Irish Rock No.0 ($29)同兩隻法國 Gillardean No.0 ($39),Yellow Stone同 Irish Rock 比較細隻,不過

慢煮西班牙厚切黑毛豬 ($378) 配 意式巴馬火腿沙律係一個SET,西班牙黑毛豬鞍我地都經常買返屋企煎,不過咁大件嘅西班牙豬鞍我地都係第一次食,豬鞍慢煮後再煎香,約8成熟剛剛好,肉質粉紅鮮嫩,肉味香濃,沾上芒果醬鮮味更突出,老婆食左超過半件。意式巴馬火腿沙律份量都好多,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,呢款巴馬火腿咸香味濃,好啱我口味。👍
