To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 拜完先人,成隊親戚家人往往都會去飲茶,因為一大班人飲茶較為方便。今次選擇了落銅鑼灣太湖海鮮城。時間下午2:00,下午茶時段啱啱開始,Perfect Timing! 「脆皮甜梅菜包」好特別,出面未食過,外面脆脆,入面有甜甜的梅菜。難怪我親戚次次嚟都order。「素翅豆苗蟹肉餃」賣相精美,有好多蟹肉及蟹粉,豆苗是本人至愛。正!10大人加一個BB,每個大人大概$60,太湖海鮮城下午茶的確好抵食!*酒樓有提供一般BB櫈。

「脆皮甜梅菜包」
好特別,出面未食過,外面脆脆,入面有甜甜的梅菜。難怪我親戚次次嚟都order。
