這間意大利餐廳Vivere位於銅鑼灣Sugar+ 11/F,環境開揚,有大片玻璃窗可將維多利亞公園的景色盡收眼底,整個用餐空間洋溢著情調。Mussels with white wine開胃菜以白酒烹調青口,軟嫩多汁的燉青口肉在香醇白酒中煮得惹味浸潤,令人垂涎。Lobster Linguine這道菜表面放上半隻龍蝦,龍蝦扁麵淋滿新鮮龍蝦汁,吸收了濃郁的鮮味。香濃鮮甜的龍蝦香氣繚繞鼻間,醬汁質感凝結但不膩油,口感豐富。Ribeye Sukiyaki 日式元素融入的壽喜燒汁牛眼扒肉質鮮嫩可口,醬汁浸入牛肉,香氣四溢。Tropicana 這杯Mocktail口感清新,不過我個人下次還是會點酒精飲品好了!Tiramisu來到了最令人引頸期待的甜點環節!提拉米蘇香濃可口,入口綿密但不膩,加入抹茶蕨餅,甜而不膩,恰到好處地總結了這頓晚餐。晚上這裡的環境氛圍優美舒適,適合慶祝或約會用餐。
