To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Weekend 去左銅鑼灣假日酒店樓下嘅牛奶冰室食早餐,早餐時段都要排隊,同好多人買外賣,算係好受歡迎嘅早餐舖頭!今次試左兩個餐,沙嗲牛肉配即食伊麵配牛乳炒滑蛋、蒜香多士($39)同香脆雞扒即食伊麵配牛乳炒滑蛋、蒜香多士($40)。蒜香多士烘到好熱好香口,上枱好快可以食曬成塊,牛乳炒蛋炒到半熟夠滑,上面仲有少少香草,令到佢賣相同味道都有加分!麵食方面可以揀通粉、米粉、米線、即食伊麵,會配上即食伊麵湯底,入口嘅時候少少香辣,幾惹味!沙嗲牛肉嘅肉片比較薄唔會好韌,配埋有花生香既沙嗲汁,香脆雞扒就比較失望,皮唔算太脆,好在雞肉唔柴,最有驚喜嘅係竟然會有啲菜心做配菜!飲品方面都唔差,凍飲用高身杯上,奶茶茶底幾濃。下次嚟再試佢嘅爆漿拉絲菠蘿包($20)!
