銅鑼灣日本菜 ~ 和居和居 今日喺度等蝦子餅放工,周圍行,行行吓就見到呢間居酒屋,個裝修格局好似日本。先來一盤什錦刺身 $368,刺身好新鮮,特別係個海膽,極之鮮甜美味。本來好想食烏冬,但係見到佢如果轉稻庭烏冬,竟然要加$30至$50,所以最後叫咗串燒。最抵食,係個什錦天婦羅 $120。大大碟,蝦都有三隻。見到餐牌有焗釀蟹蓋 $85,即刻叫返個。但係佢同日本嘅焗釀蟹蓋有啲唔同,佢哋係用少量嘅蟹膏加大量嘅蟹肉,淡淡蟹肉好有口感。本來都想試吓佢個魚湯,點知今日又賣晒。最後是幾串串燒,雞中翼串 $56 兩串,燒得唔錯,皮脆肉嫩,好香口。酒煮蜆 $85 新鮮無沙總括嚟講,覺得呢間餐廳個價錢偏貴,但係喺銅鑼灣開店都明白嘅。🥰和居和居 銅鑼灣駱克道395號金禧大廈地舖
