之前一直好想試,但去大坑好唔方便,今次係銅鑼灣,行過就食到 初時以為分子料理係啲化學野,點知同個靚女老闆傾開,先知原來佢地全部都係真材實料,用新鮮嘅食物處理咗再製成雪糕,過程原來都幾複雜,見到啲店員係到攪攪下搞到自己都想試下整好,入正題我地食咗海鹽豆腐同曲奇脆脆一食入口,鹹鹹地又甜甜地,感覺好特別豆腐味好夠,雖然食緊雪糕,但味道好真實,好搞笑曲奇脆脆就比較甜,食落去每啖都有朱古力餅碎果然係真材實料最特別係面頭啲黃色脆脆,聽講係老闆自己用蜜糖整嘅下次會再去試埋其他口味
