趁團年同屋企人食餐好既,我地黎左銅鑼灣V Point地庫呢間稻埕飯店試下。個餐牌有唔少選擇,我地叫左個海鮮風味四人餐。個套餐一共有十款食物,真係好意頭,啱晒一家人新春團團圓圓。金銀蒜泥五花白肉:每片捲住青瓜既白肉,加上金黃色的蒜泥,很滋味。鵝不是鴨肉:鵝肉嫩滑,墊底既豆腐都充滿滷水汁。古早味佛跳牆:湯料有花膠、鮑魚、螺頭、海蔘等,足料高質。蟹鉗肉酥蛋捲:炸得鬆脆,內裡全部蟹肉,口感豐富。紅麴蒸日本珍寶帶子:帶子很大粒爽口,清蒸已經很鮮味。富貴黃金大虎蝦:虎蝦好新鮮,配上咸蛋黃,很惹味。滿滿骨膠原豬手:醬汁入味,豬手炆得夠腍。鮑汁濃香花菇干貝扒菜膽:經典家常菜,賀年必食。櫻花蝦古早油飯:有D似糯米飯,不過配料係櫻花蝦同XO醬,一人一碗,份量剛好。黑芝麻湯丸芋圓紅豆湯:湯丸、芋圓和紅豆,完美組合,又唔會太甜。總結,餐廳座位舒適,食物質素高,還有不少打卡位,絕對係晚飯聚會的好地方。
