放工一個人去享受晚餐,去銅鑼灣登龍街18號V Point 6樓《十八夢》食晚飯。邊聽音樂邊嘆美食,美好人生態度。法國藍腳雞卷配忌廉芝士野菌卷雞肉用皮卷住再拎去炸,外皮超脆,雞肉鮮味濃郁,肉質嫩滑。忌廉芝士野菌卷好香野菌味同忌廉芝士好夾呀❤️松葉蟹肉水菜米紙卷,米紙卷材料豐富,口感好清新又超好味,食落口入面啖啖蟹肉,配埋佢地特製的醬汁好開胃呀!火炙和牛多士,有三款,分別係魚籽,魚籽醬和海膽,各自舖係牛肉上,厚厚的和牛切到同多士的大小,牛肉肥瘦分明,微微煎香表面,散發住焦香味,多士同牛肉之間更夾住野菌,好有驚喜。呢道菜雖然簡單,但味道絕不簡單,超正呀😋
