朕既貼身隨從話未食過丹麥既炸脾,今日就專登過去食,當朕左手一隻炸脾,右手一罐可樂,在丹麥附近徘徊之際,朕突然望到有間西餐而朕又未食過,於是就望一望佢個餐牌,見都幾啱朕既胃口,於是乎食完飲完就即刻行入去試一試!兩個人叫左兩個升級Set Din,前菜轉左做香煎法國鵝肝配焦糖酒醋草莓,鵝肝煎到外脆,入面香軟,油份充足,咬落啲油俾多士吸收,真係一滴都無浪費!另外就係大蝦占米多,蝦肉爽口彈牙,醬汁非常惹味,另外仲有啲菇菇喺度索汁,一啖食落,層次豐富。湯朕就叫左黑松露菌忌廉湯,忌廉香甜,加上大量菌茸同埋黑松露,飲落好豐滿。黑松露麵包蟹意大利飯,蟹肉手拆開,蟹膏則用作炒意大利飯,最後蟹鋪面再焗,黑松露另上,意大利飯有濃郁既蟹膏味,再配埋少少黑松露,吊出佢既鮮味!德國式燒咸豬手,豬皮燒到香脆,而入面啲肉仲係好香嫩,加埋中間層少少既肥肉,又有少少黏口,層次分明,不俗!!!最後仲叫左杯Cappuccino,佢既奶泡打得好細滑,又夠豐滿,飲落香味久久不散,完美既終結!-----完-----
