這個印象比較深刻🥢中西fusion 黑松露手撕雞 黑松露雖然不是新鮮現刨的可是當把餸菜移到自己前方時 松露的香氣依然芳香 淡淡松露味跑到自己的鼻子了因為是手撕雞的關係 所以沒有骨 非常方便雞肉亦非常鮮嫩 味道配搭不錯👍🏼.🥢另外 麵食亦都推介四川擔擔麵 微辣 辣油卻是全湯底的精華麵質彈牙 辣得來不會啃親 確實非常不錯

黑松露雖然不是新鮮現刨的
可是當把餸菜移到自己前方時 松露的香氣依然芳香 淡淡松露味跑到自己的鼻子了
因為是手撕雞的關係 所以沒有骨 非常方便
雞肉亦非常鮮嫩 味道配搭不錯👍🏼

微辣 辣油卻是全湯底的精華
麵質彈牙 辣得來不會啃親 確實非常不錯
