岩岩係日本食完燒鳥專門店,呢排都仲心掛掛想食燒鳥今日去銅鑼灣搵食,又搵到間即叫即燒,而且用上日本備長炭燒烤,一定夠曬日本味道店內裝潢以木色和風為主調,設有吧枱及和風卡位,情侶定一大班朋友都合適除左主打日式燒鳥,仲有多款海鮮、肉類、揚物、飯麵選擇食物方面:雞肝醬多士 : 多士勁鬆脆,再加埋香濃雞肝醬及花生碎,口感有層次既前菜小食提燈 : 香港極少數專門做雞串燒的燒鳥店先有得食,提燈係由母雞的輸卵管、卵巢及未成熟未有殼的雞蛋黃所組成,當屠宰母雞時發現剛形成的蛋黃,才會出現上述的組合,並唔係每隻母雞都會有,所以供應有限,有機會試就一定要試雞頸 : 每一串雞頸用上三黃雞頸,肉質有彈性,口感帶嚼勁雞尾 : 三黃雞尾粒燒得金黃脹卜卜,油潤甘香又唔會覺得油膩熟成雞腿肉 : 雞腿肉燒到 8-9成熟,肉質嫩滑雞味濃郁,肉汁豐富,口感一流炭燒白鱔  : 外皮燒到香口爽脆,白鱔肉身口感柔軟,嫩滑多汁和牛雞肉卵 : 師傅燒到和牛肉質鮮嫩,充滿油香,再用和牛包住流心既提燈,一啖咬落去爆曬蛋汁,超滑溜鹽燒牛舌芯 : 牛舌燒到表面焦脆,再加入少少黑椒去燒,肉質有咬口帶少少咸味免治雞肉棒 : 混合了三黃雞及嘉美雞免治
