上村牧場自慢燒肉10種盛合
呢款燒肉盛合有十個牛既部位,其中有四款係薩摩牛,薩摩牛既油脂比較多,配自製醃醬燒會冇咁膩,我個人喜愛薩摩牛里肌肉同牛五花,牛肉質素高,油脂豐富,油花分佈均勻,肉質軟嫩入口即溶,牛味重其他部位都唔錯,牛味濃郁又夠肉汁,鐘意食牛既愛好者必點既盛合
