To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日去左時代廣場,朋友提議去樓上食通天專門食亞洲菜的西餐廳「Greenhouse」,原來這間餐廳是以西式形式去烹調多國的亞洲菜,包括:韓國,越南等。亦有不少的甜點及提供不同種類的酒。🍝🌯🌶🍕🍹🍸餐廳裝飾佈置多以綠色植物為主,格調簡單舒適,牆壁上亦掛滿不少蝴蝶標本,令人好像在大自然中用膳。🌴🍃餐牌菜式選擇不少,樣樣都想食,眼花繚亂,最後我地點選了:「脆炸鴨肝配蜜汁芒果醬$98」、「酥炸(富貴鴨)配森巴醬,薯仔沙律$298」、「香煎蛋皮炒韓式意粉$128」、「荔枝玫瑰冰茶$48」、「紅綠橙三重奏$48」。🦆🍗🥙🍕🍝🍹「脆炸鴨肝配蜜汁芒果醬$98」一共有6粒,鴨肝有點略為細件,食落外脆內軟,好香鴨肝味道,食時配上芒果醬,甜甜酸酸,開胃之選。🍢「酥炸(富貴鴨)配森巴醬,薯仔沙律$298」賣相好精緻,份量不算太多,驚喜發現帶有兩件鴨肶及其他肉件,經過酥炸後,外皮香脆,但肉質不太軟滑,食落有點乾身,配上森巴醬,食落辣辣地,好惹味。而薯仔沙律就有點失望,份量有點少。🦆🍗「香煎蛋皮炒韓式意粉$128」原來係辣既,預先同店員要求少辣。原來表面是意粉,底下是韓式的煎薄餅,有叉燒條、豆腐乾、紅椒、芽菜、黑芝

「香煎蛋皮炒韓式意粉$128」原來係辣既,預先同店員要求少辣。原來表面是意粉,底下是韓式的煎薄餅,有叉燒條、豆腐乾、紅椒、芽菜、黑芝麻等,意粉炒起後再放上蛋皮上。意粉食落煙韌彈牙,配上韓式煎蛋,口感豐富,感覺新鮮。🍕🍝
