To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都好鍾意食poke bowl，同刺身丼相比會有更多選擇，有好多唔同嘅配料同sauce，甚至連個base都可以轉做沙律菜，出街想食light啲嘅話通常都揀呢個(*¯︶¯*)~𝓞𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓵𝓵~ ✨價錢:7/10👅味道:8.5/10🌌環境:7/10★Salmon & Tuna poke bowl ($98)刺身方面佢可以揀一款或者half-half，連同三款toppings同一種sauce。我就揀咗三文魚拼吞拿魚，配豆腐、紫洋蔥同香菇，鰹魚醬油作為dressing。因為配料好豐富，所以食落好滿足，啖啖都可以食個唔同野( ´▽｀) 刺身份量唔算多，味道正常但質素唔係好好嗰隻，不過食poke bowl都唔係為咗刺身就算啦。唯一唔好嘅就係食到最底好咸😂 啲飯吸曬鰹魚醬油，但overall係好食嘅！
