To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 假日走到位於銅鑼灣景隆街嘅 18 grams 嘆brunch同咖啡。《Aussie Breakfast $108》週末嘅brunch當然唔少得All Day Breakfast, 份量多之餘食材都好新鮮好食，麵包可選擇牛角包/ 烤吐司；自家製果醬/花生醬揀。以前唔明點解All day breakfast 要賣咁貴，但當自己整過幾次就知其實貴皆因原材料都唔平。呢份Aussie Breakfast 蕃茄同磨菇鮮甜，配上佢哋嘅醬汁好開胃。炒蛋嫩滑，夾埋麵包加果醬令到烘烤過嘅麵包多咗個層次。滿足感好高。《BUC’s Sghetti $98》呢款卡邦尼意粉係幾日前先推出，見店主誠意推介就點嚟試試。一上枱見到每條意粉都掛上醬汁，炒過嘅鮮肉洋蔥香氣撲鼻～ 每口都食到濃濃蛋黃味加上少少中和油膩感嘅白酒，超好味！ 《Hand Drip coffee $48》揀咗來自Papua New Guinea 嘅豆做手沖咖啡，咖啡師話佢以分段同不停轉圈沖法使其咖啡萃取風味更平衡。呢款咖啡飲落Citrus味好重，好重果香味。而最正嘅係呢杯手沖咖啡只係$48！ 係我目前响香港飲過最平嘅手沖咖啡之一，CP值極高。 @18
