To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

碩門邨開咗好多間唔同嘅食店，呢間銀龍集團ok啦，裝修以沙田屋邨特色為主打。早餐除了一般粉麵通粉外，都可以叫潮洲粉麵，牛雜類要等十一點半之後先可以叫。早餐沙爹牛麵餐廿幾蚊抵食，想加其他麵包、炒蛋及火腿加錢就有啦，最唔抵就係個金妹火腿炒蛋，份量真係好細。最欣賞係佢嘅熱奶茶，茶夠熱，味道夠香濃，飲到真正嘅奶茶香。 這家茶餐廳午餐晚餐都會有不同嘅地道炒粉麵飯，這間仲會有蒸魚，相信不少家庭都會喜歡這個小菜套餐。
