如果問我有邊間火鍋店介紹,唔介意離地鐵有一段路,土瓜灣的路邊煱水準唔錯,嗰區有兩家店,美景街呢間新些而且方便些,因為租金平咗,可以放係食物上面,何況又近街市又近碼頭。呢度啲鍋底都有多款,有朋友想食烤魚,係我唔好,我唔食魚,所以轉咗食花甲鍋。除咗魚外,我咪海鮮都食嫁,所以我哋啲湯底好足料,加咗蟶子。水滾立即落,連殻灼幾吓食得,肉質彈牙兼鮮甜。墨魚滑自家製,煙靱得來又幾爽,唔知有無加鹽調味,灼熟後味道好好,唔駛點嘢都得。今時今日打邊爐,炸響鈴同肥牛唔會唔點,炸響鈴即係炸腐皮卷,吸汁一流,食到湯啲甜味,又有脆脆口感,點會唔人見人愛。肥牛配牛頸脊兩兄弟多數拍住出場,一個肥美,一個牛肉味重些,可以食到兩種口感,真的嫩。跟住是蔬菜時段,多菜少肉,我哋係靚女當然識得養生,冰豆腐,雞脾菇,魔芋絲,金菇菜,的食得飽的炸芋頭,原來做火鍋料都啱,最後加烏冬,配番茄湯底極夾。
