To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身訂咗位同老闆飲茶，但係落雨唯有去商場食飯，點知另一間酒樓又齋入訂位客。全部Walk in客呆等。谷鬼氣就過咗去對面食粥。平時真係好少lunch出去外面食飯，原來呢間粥舖而家多咗好多選擇。又可以配小食，最鍾意可以自由配搭，唔使限住曬。咁就叫咗個艇仔粥配一份牛肉，本身想食蠔仔，但係驚自己腸胃唔好都係無配。點解想食艇仔粥，其實係想食碎牛，但係𢳂嘅時候好似冇覺，反而有啲好似鴨肉絲嘅物體。OMG!最怕嘅艇仔粥落魚片，不過好彩佢啲魚片都唔腥又唔係同埋冇骨，又處理得幾好。啲牛肉唔係肥牛，係滑牛咁款，但係又唔會好多油落去醃。補償返冇得食碎牛㗎心願。個粥底都唔會太稀，就算撩咗好多羮最尾都唔會水。同事嗌咗扣肉飯，老闆同大老闆就叫咗炒麵，望落去都幾吸引，下次出街食晏又可以多個選擇。
