To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近咗報章報道，知道香港女生破解烏龍茶濃度能抑制前列腺癌細胞生長，研究發現，在烏龍茶濃縮液中，每毫升若有零點二五毫克的茶多酚，癌細胞存活率能減少達九成，但過淡會令存活率飆升一倍，過濃則不會產生抑制作用。見到大快話推出咗鑊仔大韓系列，用報紙 coupon 購買，送一支 250ml 道地極品清烏龍，於是決定今日中午就買嚟試吓。揀咗一個鑊仔大韓牛 ($32) 及一個鑊仔大韓猪 ($30), 啲牛肉同豬肉，全部都好夠淋又夠入味，每份餐都配有煎蛋角、醬炒年糕同珍珠飯。雖然話係珍珠米，但係啲飯一粒粒，唔會黏埋一舊舊，塊炒年糕煙煙韌韌，都幾好味，不過啲配菜當然無廣告相片嗰啲咁靚，只係一堆椰菜，整體算唔錯，一試無妨。無糖烏龍茶未飲，唔知有無招紙上所寫嘅清香、清淡、解膩同回甘呢？但無論如何，醫學研究發現烏龍茶含有抗氧化劑，能增進骨質密度、強化記憶力，幫助降低體脂率，讓體脂分佈趨於正常，所以大家不妨多飲烏龍茶喇。
