To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日要去深水埗做嘢, 經過一間茶餐廳, 發現佢哋除咗有茶餐之外，仲有小炒，款式仲好多選擇。入到餐廳內，整潔乾淨，牆上有一張好大的poster 地圖有深水埗大角咀，好有趣。另外仲有一張舊式香港深水埗的相片，好有懷舊風。坐低後，侍應姐姐笑容滿面，介紹風味小菜，每個小菜價錢又$70起，包白飯及例湯，如果要飲品仲有優惠價錢，熱飲加$7凍飲加$10，價錢相宜。椒鹽鮮魷微辣，椒鹽惹味，鮮魷新鮮，彈牙小炒王韭菜花新鮮清甜，有鮮魷，蝦仁，腰果，炸白飯魚，蝦乾，有鑊氣宮保蝦球酸甜醬味道非常好，甜甜酸酸非常開胃。蝦球大大隻，爽囗侍應姐姐叫我下次可以食蒸魚及其他小菜，鑊氣夠相信炒粉麵都必定好食👍
