又到打風嘅日子,唔想煮要落街食,就著街坊裝踢對拖搵食。行到砵蘭街,聽到喜記路邊雞鑊氣「hur hur」聲又多食客,就入去啦。【紅燒脆皮乳鴿$48】乳鴿皮香脆,一咬落去就食到油香,熱辣辣肉嫩滑,真心正!【粉葛鯪魚煲豬什湯(2-3位用)$138】廣東菜中嘅「名湯」,有舒筋活絡袪濕功效。去茶餐廳食有時會有呢個例湯,但味精多偏鹹,呢度就飲唔到味精味,仲有啲鮮甜添。另外湯料都好多,真材實料。必點!【豉椒炒花甲$138】豉椒+三色椒+洋蔥炒花甲,肉爽口,絕對新鮮。花甲都幾多,味道帶少少辣,惹味十足。【芥末和牛粒$108】wasabi和牛粒,少少「攻鼻」嘅刺激。牛肉粒好軟腍,帶油香肉味濃,真係和牛唔係扮架喎~【干炒牛河$88】唔知點解聽到鑊氣就想食干炒牛河。啲牛肉好高質,仲好多添,河粉就係幼身嘅,食起嚟口感幾好,仲有芝麻、洋蔥同韭菜令成個河粉更可口。本來只係落街簡單醫肚,估唔到又發現新大陸。
