To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同一大班朋友聚會,九成都係打邊爐,長沙灣大家都就腳,所以長期都幫襯佢。多年不變,佢嘅牛頸脊係必須要食,淥一陣就得,軟綿綿又重牛味,用沙嗲湯就最夾。另外桂花蚌非常爽脆,雲吞水餃大大粒脹卜卜,新鮮鵝腸唔係度度有得食,呢個一定要嗌嚟試吓,豬粉腸都洗得好乾淨,完全冇臭味怪味,脆骨腩爽脆彈牙,呢度有個好,就係可以要求要長骨腩,如果怕哽骨就可以嗌老闆幫幫手😆,仲有墨魚滑拼蝦滑都走唔甩,另外嗌完會再嗌嘅仲有鱔片,最緊要冇泥味夠彈牙。另外佢哋有啲小食都好出色,涼拌魚皮、口水花甲同埋辣味魷魚,呢幾個做錢財都一流,大家不妨去試吓。
