To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日天朗氣清來個長洲之旅,見到一間露天餐廳都坐滿人,大熱天氣下戶外枱都有人坐證明人氣爆燈,值得一試,餐廳行工業風,環境舒服又有型,餐廳係到櫃檯俾錢落單後上菜,自助形式都幾方便,餐廳服務好好,仲建議我嘅選擇,最後我就聽店員講加咗煙三文魚,抵讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻我叫左牛油果醬蟹肉焗薯+泡沫咖啡,份量好大碟,顏色好豐富好吸晴,個焗薯好香好大個,好Creamy有薯仔香😋,牛油果醬有調味過、蟹肉食得出係拆肉而唔係蟹柳,夠鮮!我加咗既煙三文魚,有油香及大大塊,店員果然冇介紹錯,泡沫咖啡好靚上面仲有可可粉,啲咖啡香濃又滑,好飲!下次嚟長洲一定要再嚟呢間食多次😊

我叫左牛油果醬蟹肉焗薯+泡沫咖啡,份量好大碟,顏色好豐富好吸晴,個焗薯好香好大個,好Creamy有薯仔香😋,牛油果醬有調味過、蟹肉食得出係拆肉而唔係蟹柳,夠鮮!我加咗既煙三文魚,有油香及大大塊,店員果然冇介紹錯,泡沫咖啡好靚上面仲有可可粉,啲咖啡香濃又滑,好飲!下次嚟長洲一定要再嚟呢間食多次😊
