To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排多假期，同閨蜜入左長洲一轉，👭食咗一個食物水準好高、價錢都好合理嘅西餐😋總結黎講，都幾好，入長洲以後就多一個好地方去玩。鮮果乳酪全日早餐 $108主要材料係配煙三文魚 焗豆 炒蛋 ，全部都好新鮮，入面既羅勒醬焗蕃茄 酸種麵包及沙律配合都幾特別。🌟值得推介！薯條$52厚切薯條🍟，醬汁酸酸甜甜好味，都唔錯，開胃健康。煙肉酸忌廉焗薯$108呢個Set主要配煙肉 香腸 炒蛋，賣相非常吸引，色彩斑斕而且好足料好大碟。羅勒醬焗蕃茄 酸種麵包及沙律都唔錯。係清甜解膩之選，材料好新鮮。👏🏻呢度環境舒適食物質素高，🙌🏻所以咁多人幫襯，有機會再來長洲會再食一次。
