To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間餐廳是無意之中在網上發現的,第一眼被它的餐點所吸引,一直想找機會去試試,而這次長洲遊的其中一個目的就是去這間餐廳啦!餐廳有室內外位置,室外的位置是歡迎帶寵物。還有餐廳是半自助形式,點餐需要去櫃枱落單及付款,之後就會有員工將餐點送上。🥑牛油果醬蟹肉焗薯主食焗薯配煙肉、香腸、炒蛋、酸種麵包及沙律,非常之豐富。焗薯尤其出色,選料用了真蟹肉,有海鮮的鮮甜味,必試!.🍔芝士雞堡有韓式的風味,雞扒像用了韓國辣醬醃製,帶少少甜辣,嫩滑多汁,漢堡包鬆軟,還配有生菜、泡菜及芝士,份量不算太大,配墊熱辣辣的炸薯條,就剛剛好!食物整體好味,但因為沒有套餐的關係,飲品需另叫,價錢就稍貴。
