To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日有一個長輩生日壽宴我地就千里迢迢咁去到上水飲呢一餐, 開頭見到係海港仲要上水都心諗要番屋企食公仔麵嫁啦點知我有意外既驚喜.首先係呢個酥炸廣島蠔, 隻蠔又大隻炸到金黃香脆, 炸粉又唔會太厚咬落仲有汁出. 味道好好味, 個底有好多沙律菜仲可以俾我地包住黎食令到隻炸蠔冇咁油膩. 呢個12人既鮑魚炆花菇真係好有睇頭超級大碟呀! 隻鮑魚係3頭,花菇同隻鮑魚同樣大隻,炆得好入味同林唔會似擦膠. 下面仲有生菜底夠晒味呀重頭戲黎啦, 就係呢個蛋白蒸長腳蟹呀! 隻隻蟹腳都好粗嫁, 起左穀真係好似食緊蟹捧咁啖啖蟹肉. 蟹肉爽口重蟹味唔係梅既蟹肉. 個底係有蒸蛋白, 集合左蟹的精華同埋蛋白的香滑...真係食到停唔到真係估唔到本地酒樓都可以做得出咁既質素... 讚!
