To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我有2次經驗1. 明天就全日禁堂食,今日特別多人,門口位接待小姐話已經冇晒枱,半個鐘後會有人埋單,叫我半個鐘後返去再睇下有冇,咁我行下街,之後過左半個鐘上去返去問,跟住佢見到我好似莫名奇妙咁,然後我問佢係咪有人埋單,然後佢話,個客加左時喎,咁我本身係冇野嘅,冇枱咪去第度食囉,點知佢趁我轉身走既時候,佢同個唔知經理定同事講:我都話左唔一定有枱啦,佢仲問,佢既語氣比較差,仲要以為我聽唔到,今時今日有咁多人失業,你態度好少少唔會死既。2. 另外一次我去之前有打過去問幾點last order, 佢答我4:15, 咁我見時間都就到就去啦。點知我去到,佢話只可食到3:30,我真係比佢吹漲,我第一次咁趕食放題,同埋好多肉都比較韌,呢間野,真係麻麻地。
