To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直有幫襯開下晝，佢個生滖牛肉通粉好出色，湯底好入味，又有生疆絲，處處看見廚師的用心。坐得也舒服。3月第一次幫襯，門口姐姐欄住要做安心出行，我乖乖嘟左，佢話我無針咭，我俾張針咭佢睇，佢唔接受，要用佢手機嘟我張針咭。我張針咭係我個人資料。我都係想振興經濟，幫襯值得幫襯堅持嘅餐廳。唔明白嘟咗客人針咭又有幾合法，安心出行依家什至唔會通知確診資料。我已經有展示我有打針這也不能靈活接受，很擔心在疫情下這種餐廳的生存率
