To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六同朋友聚舊,一行四人本來想去牛角食燒肉,但因為要等12張3-4人枱而改去隔離嘅牛涮鍋,只係等1張枱就得。入座時間~下午兩點,餐廳唔係好多食客。喺餐廳經理非常高超嘅推銷手法下,我地升級再升級,最終揀咗個食120分鐘,每人$328+10%嘅澳洲和牛放題。經理好盡責,提咗我地兩三次有廿幾款食物(生/熟)同飲品係呢個餐獨有,不過我唔記得晒有咩,只係記得冷泡茶係其中之一,好過淨係飲有糖嘅飲品。冷泡茶:四季春(左後),桂花烏龍(右後)。前:朱古力咖啡(自助)。一揀完湯底,侍應已經拎咗六小碟冷盤同幾盤牛肉(應該只係普通牛肉)同些少雞肉出嚟畀我地食住先。我地亦都喺自助區攞咗啲菜同菇返嚟烚。普通肥牛片。六小盤:(上,左至右)麻辣土豆絲,雞絲,蒜泥白肉。(下,左至右)豬肚絲,紅油炒手,麻辣牛腩/肉。自助區(一)。自助區(二)。第二輪同第三輪我地主要都係叫和牛,滿足大家對牛嘅慾望。唔經唔覺已經食咗120分鐘,個爐會自動熄嘅,但可能係非繁忙時段喇,餐廳都畀我地食埋枱上嘅食物先走,感覺無咁冷冰冰。澳洲和牛片。我對牛無特別研究/講究,普通肥牛同和牛我都覺得好味,但就唔係好食倒有咩大分別。不過久唔久一次同朋友

我對牛無特別研究/講究,普通肥牛同和牛我都覺得好味,但就唔係好食倒有咩大分別。不過久唔久一次同朋友食貴啲,值得嘅。
