食得多外國菜,偶爾食下中式/廣東菜都唔錯。最近就去左銅鑼灣既【顔府御膳】食晚餐。【顔府御膳】主打港式粵菜加新式fusion,而且擺盤都好精緻。 前菜 胡麻茄子:本身就禁睇真係唔似茄子,比較似淮山/豆腐。食落去之後又唔同平時軟霖霖既茄子質地。係比較爽脆。因爲茄子本身都無咩味,加左胡麻醬就岩岩好,好match,又可以帶出茄子鮮味!藤椒木耳:微辣既涼拌木耳再加藤椒,鮮濃惹味,但又唔會太鹹。辣辣地,好開胃!保健老火湯:超級熱既老火湯,味道超級濃!好好飲。主菜 鮮淮山炒和牛:分量都算好多,有牛肉、淮山、豆、同三色椒。調味偏濃,但唔會好鹹。牛肉軟嫩、淮山爽脆、豆鮮甜。個人幾推薦呢個菜。砂鍋大澳蝦醬唐生菜膽:呢個算係臺臺必點。超熱砂鍋上臺,再係你面前炒。蝦醬味濃但唔臭。唐生菜膽分類比較少,所以食到底都會偏鹹。
