以阿翁鮑魚成名嘅富豪酒家,除咗鮑參翅肚之外,一樣有提供午餐茶市。點心一樣不用人造色素、味精去營造色香味美。每一款點心都樸實無華,好似珍珠雞為例,用咗大量瑤柱絲調味,冬菇、雞粒切成幼末,加上糯米飯,口感細膩。蝦餃嘅荀絲蝦肉比例恰當,13摺晶瑩透薄嘅外皮,完整包著,一啖剛好入口。牛肉球有陳皮香,唔似坊間咁多粉,以牛肉為主,似食緊牛肉餅嘅口感。冬菇炆鵝掌都唔會輸蝕俾鮑汁扣鵝掌,一樣入味淋滑。午市都有老火湯可以提供,仲有我最鍾意嘅生磨蛋白杏仁茶,又滑又夠杏仁味。要拎米芝連一星,果然要兼顧唔同菜式嘅品質,由點心到鮑參翅肚都做得好真係好難得。

要拎米芝連一星,果然要兼顧唔同菜式嘅品質,由點心到鮑參翅肚都做得好真係好難得。
