星期日放假,約左友人嚟銅鑼灣「阿麥廚房」食晚飯。呢間餐廳一直都好想試,去open rice search過,d相吸睛!門口超有feel!餐廳燈光柔和,位與位之間有一定位置相隔,絕對舒適!翻開餐牌,揀左兩個dinner set,有齊前菜、餐湯、主食同飲品!前菜方面,我哋order咗一個鵝肝多士同大蝦占米多!前者鵝肝超肥美,邊位煎到微濃,多士脆卜卜,口感一脆一軟,一流享受!後者蝦味濃,帶有蝦膏味道,完全唔需剝殻!之後就上餐湯,分別有黑松露蘑菇湯、南瓜蟹肉湯,仲有配有多士!蘑菇湯黑松露味超強,飲落粒粒蘑菇南瓜湯比較鮮味,啖啖蟹肉!餐飲方面,我叫左蜜桃茶,味道清新,唔太甜;友人就order左伯爵茶。輪到主菜啦!第一個係牛肝菌意大利飯!菇菌鮮味濃郁,意大利飯口感彈牙,香氣撲鼻!重頭戲嚟啦!德國食咸豬手!外皮炸到「激脆」!肉質鮮嫩,份量超多,絕對適合開心share!另外仲有兩款醬汁可以點,一個係茄汁另外一個係類似泰式辣醬嘅醬汁!豬手旁邊配有薯條,薯條係我最鍾意嘅粗薯條,真價係越食越想食,真心推介!
