To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期同屋企人食飯，聽啲朋友講話呢間餐廳啲小菜同燒味都唔錯，所以決定同成家人一齊去試一試呢間餐廳，去到呢間餐廳我哋叫咗一個例牌燒鵝，雞煲，炒通菜，咕嚕肉，椒鹽鮮油。發現佢啲小菜啲質素都唔錯，出賽嘅時候都係熱辣辣。特別推介佢嘅燒鵝同雞煲，燒鵝食落去外皮仲係脆，我肉都好入味。同出面一啲比較出名嘅燒鵝絕對有得比較。以佢嘅麻辣雞煲亦都唔錯好鍾意佢有得俾我哋選擇究竟你想要有幾多碼同幾多辣。最鍾意佢啲洋蔥同埋芫荽夠多，食完覺得整體成間餐廳嘅食物質素都唔錯。絕對有機會會我哋會再去食。亦都喺度推介俾大家呢間餐廳值得一試。
