國金軒The Mira 座落於尖沙咀The Mira Hong Kong(美麗華酒店)之內,環境優雅恬靜,但又充滿現代感,圓球狀的水晶吊燈引人注目,是米芝蓮推介食府,中環本店更曾摘米芝蓮一星。是次預訂了6道菜限時供應嘗味菜譜,前菜是炸鱈魚,可惜係凍、熱食會再好啲。頭盤是桂花蜂蜜鱔球、蜜餞叉燒皇、涼拌海茸,鱔球是以炸的方式烹調、叉燒皇厚切但又腍且入味,海茸非常爽口。然後是蟲草花螺頭花膠濃湯,非常好飲。松露蝦汁燴百花蟹鉗,不算出色,但也合格。脆皮客家海參,外層是竹炭漿脆炸,用上豬肉、蝦膠釀遼參再炸,多重層次味道。然後是懷舊鮮蝦雲吞麵,配以上湯也很出色。生磨蛋白杏仁茶伴燕液蛋撻,杏仁茶好喝,蛋撻遜色,而且漏了燕窩。總括來說,是好吃的一餐。
