今天跟媽媽來韓式炸雞鼻祖李家食炸雞,佢哋係十五年前首間由韓國夫婦引入韓國炸雞的餐廳,味道正宗,一向是我喜歡的炸雞店。今次要了半份原味半份甜辣炸雞,這裡任何口味都可以自選半半搭配,而且有帶骨和冇骨炸雞任選。我個人比較喜歡帶骨雞件,冇骨雞當然啖啖肉,但這樣吃會不經意地吃多了,我怕肥😅原味炸雞外皮酥脆,好鬼死香;甜辣味應該是把原味炸雞炸好之後,再大火快炒方式把甜辣包裹起來,兩款炸雞都皮脆肉嫩多汁,好好味。另外今次一份《芝士拼辣韓式豬手》,整整一大鐵盤,三分之一芝士、三分一炸薯角,另外三分一是韓式辣豬手,洋蔥墊底。開着石油氣爐,芝士慢慢溶化,用薯哥或者韓式辣豬手沾上來吃,回味無窮,超級邪惡。

甜辣味應該是把原味炸雞炸好之後,再大火快炒方式把甜辣包裹起來,兩款炸雞都皮脆肉嫩多汁,好好味。
