上次新開張時都黎過Bifteck食晚餐,今次就試下weekday set lunch。set lunch 每位$248元起,價錢唔算平,不過有齊哂 4-course,感覺好豐富。雖然Bifteck係主打食牛既steak house,但都有其他海鮮選擇,前菜我揀左 +$48 日本紅蟹肉可樂餅配辣甘筍汁,炸得脆卜卜熱辣辣,真係有絲絲蟹肉,真材實料,配埋辣辣地既甘筍汁好惹味。餐湯係蕃茄牛肉湯,煮得夠火候,牛肉燉得入口即融。main 就揀左波士頓龍蝦帶子手打意粉配櫻花紫菜汁,呢款不需要另外加錢,手打意粉是自家制,所以不是平時食開的滑口意粉,而是粗糙帶有咬口,手工製意粉的成本和心機比現成意粉多,龍蝦已經切件,新鮮啖啖肉。最後甜品有yoghurt雪糕,酸酸地好清新,不會太有罪惡感。
