To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前在土瓜灣居住的時候,差不多一個月都有一兩次來到這裏吃飯,可惜搬到去九龍城之後,便少了很多。今晚突然之間想食川菜,便來到了這裏。大盤鹹肉菜花$72,鹹肉肥瘦適中,甘香可口,帶點糜爛,加上椰菜花爽口清甜,是一道出色的地道小菜。大盤芹菜雞一隻$188,這個雞的做法,材料包括芹菜、薑片、洋蔥、蔥頭和紹興酒,所以味道帶點酒香,雞肉吸收了配料的香味,非常有農家特色。是一道除了麻辣雞煲之外的另一選擇。高山雪裡紅$68,原來雪裡紅,含有抗氧化功能,亦都可以解毒,怪不得這麼喜歡吃這種蔬菜。雪裡紅味道帶點甘甜,加上少少辣椒,感覺非常開胃又健康。
