明天便是大年初一了,在今天的除夕夜,當然要一家人聚首一堂,齊齊整整,團團圓圓地吃年夜飯,一起慶祝明天正式踏入農曆新年No.1【厚切蜜汁叉燒】 其實我並不喜歡厚切的叉燒,因為它只有六件而已,但我們卻是11位人,所以根本不能平均分配,最後我們只好叫了兩份叉燒...幸好叉燒的肉質都算柔軟嫩滑,鮮美多汁,只是口感有點油膩的感覺,所以我還是比較喜歡吃薄切的叉燒No.2【上湯龍蝦伊麵】 龍蝦的肉質十分脆嫩可口,爽口彈牙,而且滿口更充滿著濃濃的鮮蝦味,甜甜的,香香的,清甜可口,其味無窮,珍饈美味No.3【西芹炒帆立貝】 帆立貝明顯是雪櫃的貨色,不單止缺乏爽嫩彈牙的口感,更加和清湯寡水一樣淡而無味,讓人吃糠咽菜,味同嚼蠟No.4【脆皮炸子雞】 炸雞明顯煮得太熟了,雖然外皮都算香脆可口,可是內裡的肉質非常粗糙之餘,更嚴重缺乏肉汁,口感乾巴巴的,讓人難以下嚥,囓蘗吞針!No.5【壽包】 雖然壽包內的蓮蓉餡料甜而不膩,但是壽包的口感卻一點也不輕盈和鬆軟,而且鹹蛋黃的味道更非常差,整體質素其實和超級市場的壽包完全沒有任何分別價錢方面,我們一圍11人總共吃了$2600左右,對於年夜飯來說,價錢並不算太昂貴,只是
