天朗氣清,去左呢間泰式料理餐廳食晚飯,响沙田河慢慢散步行去旁邊嘅河畔花園,經過一個露天駕駛學院就去到,都幾方便。入到去叫左馬拉盞炒通菜($78)同埋溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯($168)。落單唔駛十分鐘個馬拉盞炒通菜好快就熱辣辣咁上枱,未食已經聞到濃濃的蝦醬香味,啲菜入口爽脆,唔會炒到熟過頭,加上油水十足,夠嘢味。跟著個溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯就"隆重登場",話佢隆重登場絶不誇張,嗰飯上枱面時紅色燈丶綠色燈丶紫色燈不停在你眼前閃現,椰青水放左喺個頭骨杯,而個頭骨杯就正正放喺燈上面,好有視覺效果。椰青裡面放滿新鮮嘅椰肉橯埋啲鷄蛋炒飯,面頭放左有帶子丶蝦丶同埋青口,再加啲芝士之後一齊放入焗爐焗,啲椰漿多到滿瀉晒出嚟,真喺勁。
