小弟一直都喜歡食上海菜,有緣經一位「港島人」介紹下去探訪「阿翁」!「阿翁」深居簡出,在筲箕灣道樂融軒前出斜上樓梯轉左的小路裏,我Google map完,都要搵左一陣!自己食親上海菜,都會點擔擔麵、小籠包、鍋貼,今次都唔例外。麵條硬度適中,配料豬肉碎,花生加埋濃湯一齊食,又唔係好辣,味道一流!每次小籠包一上台,都想襯熱食,又怕被包裏既熱湯整親咀。今次都唔例外,又辣親咀了!至於個包皮厚度適中,裏面d饀係豬肉,好鬼滑,最好味都係d湯,超級甜!鍋貼煎得好香口,少少燶,剛剛好,簡單菜色,一流水準!雞絲粉皮一直以來都係我最愛嘅菜式,雞絲同麻醬永遠都係一個絕配,粉皮質地剛剛好,衣一款前菜真係無得輸!最後整多碟乾煸四季豆。炒得火喉十足,十分新鮮,咬下質感爽脆,十分惹味,份量好多下,食唔停口。食物好多親手做,好考功夫,值得支持!
